- The Hotel Project building with a total surface 13.316 m2 consisting of a basement with a surface of 1.669 m2, ground floor + 9 floors with an area of 10.664 m2 and a casino building in the surface of 983 m3.
- Screed cement was made for floors total 11.287 m2.
- The Project has 132 rooms and sizes of rooms are between 26 m2 and 35 m2.
- The Project is owned by Auchan Group / France (www.auchan.fr)
- We have also performed the architecture works of hotel building that consist of brick wall works of 4.058,33 m2, gypsum board works 14.841 m2, gypsum board works of ceiling floors 6.207,52 m2, tile coating of walls and floors 3.200 m2.
